Wanted to apply for your visa, but didn’t know where to start?
If you were thinking of applying for your visa through the Korean Embassy in London, please be aware that regulations for the visa process have changed.
Starting from the 17th of January, 2022, the Korean government will open up the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC) in London, operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The KVAC will now be tasked with the handling and processing of Korean Visa Applications submitted by residents of the UK.
This now means that the Korean Embassy in London will no longer handle the management of reviewing and issuing out visas. If you have submitted your documents and sent them to the embassy, please contact them immediately and request for your documents to be returned.
Due to COVID-19, scheduling appointments is not available at this time, and documents will have to be mailed in order to apply.
Where can I find further directions for the visa process?
When applying for the visa, please make sure to pay close attention to all the directions and the requirements needed.

Hi i am a uk citizen and i currently left university as i am looking for a job and career path which i can see myself in for the next 10-20 years. I really want to teach english in korea to young children or elderly citizens as helping others to learn a whole new language would make me feel as if i have had an impact on them. I am not entirely sure of the requirements and just wanted more information on that, i currently hold a british passport, and can speak english fluently.
Hello Mohammed, please fill out our Korvia Application Form, and one of our representatives will contact you for an interview after reviewing your application. We should be able to assist further with your job search after the interview.
