What is Korvia EPIK Pre-Orientation? 

Korvia-EPIK Pre-Orientation is a one-day orientation designed to prepare newly hired EPIK teachers for the life in Korea prior to the EPIK orientation. It is more of a Korvia thing.

Here is the general outline of the EPIK Spring 2020 Orientation.

• • • The EPIK Spring 2020 Orientation will start a day before EPIK main orientation check-in.
    • Konkuk University Glocal Campus for the orientation venue
    • Teachers can register at 1) Incheon Airport OR 2) the OT Venue.
    • EPIK Check-in Booth will be open only from 7:30 til 13:30 on the expected arrival date.
    • You can get to the EPIK Orientation Venue by 1) Using the transport arranged by EPIK OR 2) Going straight to the EPIK OT venue from T-mark Hotel with Korvia as part of the Korvia Pre-OT Package.

*EPIK Main Orientation venue is quite far away (More than 100 miles) away from Incheon Airport and it is almost a 2~3 hours ride arranged by a shuttle bus unlike a hour ride from T-mark Hotel to the Orientation Venue.
