Vlogger Angela Bost takes you around her city of Asan in Chungcheongnam-do.

Do you see YouTube videos about how amazing Seoul is, how beautiful Busan is, how hot and great Daegu is? Have you seen any videos about a city called Asan, in he province of Chungcheongnam? Most likely not.

I am here to show you a little of where I am currently living. Asan is about two hours south of Seoul, with many things to do. There are lots of events and places to visit. In my neighborhood, there is a popular spa named Dogo Paradise Spa. This spa has a waterpark and a bath house. The waterpark has pools, a lazy river, a wave pool, and so much more! The spa is a fantastic place to go have fun or relax.

Asan is famous for its hot spring. The Dogo Spa is fed by this hot spring, and so are many other places in the area, such as Onyang Oncheon Station. Outside of this station, there is a foot bath that is also fed by the hot spring. There are two foot bath locations outside of the train station. It’s a great treat after walking around all day to help relax your feet!

Other places you can visit are the Independence Hall and the Sapphire Village. These are only a few of the many places you can visit while in the Chungcheongnam-do area!
